31-Days of Wellness {Day One}

Welcome to day one of #tbfcwellness:

Now that you have set your goals, it’s time to act on them. And if you want to see the results, you need to believe in them. A great way to get started is with a good old fashioned visualization. Or, you can take it a step further and create a vision board. Vision Boards tend to get a bad rap as being too “new agey” or “corny.” However, a vision board can be any thing symbolic of your desired goals. In fact, there’s the famous Jim Carrey story when as a struggling actor he wrote himself a check for $10,000,000 and carried it around in his pocket. The rest is history. Continue reading

31-Days of Wellness {Day Two}

Welcome to day two of #tbfcwellness:

It’s difficult for many of us to commit to something on a daily basis that we don’t love — so today find something you love. To put it bluntly:
“If you don’t love it — don’t do it. Pick something you love: boxing, volleyball, dancing, yoga, fencing, something—anything you have a genuine interest in that makes you happy and when it’s time to move on–go!”

So, find something you love and do it!
