Taking more steps means you&#8217;re spending less time sitting, which is always a good thing. It also hopefully means you&#8217;re taking more frequent breaks, which is also a good thing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">When it comes to steps, more is always better. So aim high yet also be realistic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A 30-minute run or an hour yoga class will count as 5000 steps. Focus on getting more greens in at each meal and see how you feel.
