(I\u2019m a big fan of the parchment paper for easy removal from pan and easy clean up.)<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>In a medium bowl, whisk together baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and flours. In a separate small bowl, mix together coconut oil, eggs, bananas, maple syrup and vanilla until very well combined.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>Add wet ingredients to the dry and gently mix together until combined. Do not overmix.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-8ClqtiFDB8M\/UquVJe7hdTI\/AAAAAAAAFMM\/ibEv41p08hI\/s1600\/20131212-_MG_2520.jpg\"><span><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-8ClqtiFDB8M\/UquVJe7hdTI\/AAAAAAAAFMM\/ibEv41p08hI\/s1600\/20131212-_MG_2520.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" border=\"0\"><\/span><\/a><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>Pour batter in prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes or until set in the center and a toothpick comes out clean.
