I sure am&#8230;..<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Almost every client in the history of my career has asked what I eat in a day. &nbsp;Well, here you go. &nbsp;I&#8217;m 100% raw during the day yet like a cooked meal at night on occasion. &nbsp; If you had told me 16 years ago that I would one day live on a nearly all-raw plant food diet, I wouldn&#8217;t have believed it. &nbsp;I was so addicted to stimulating foods, particularly bread and corn chips, that the thought of giving them up was enough to give me anxiety and make me cry. &nbsp;Transitioning to an all raw diet took some effort at first yet as I started to see and feel my body change it made sticking to it easy. &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Tip #1: Start each day with warm lemon water sweetened with raw &nbsp;honey or stevia. &nbsp; Keep yourself busy in the morning doing things you love or need to get done like daily movement (exercise). &nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Green-is-Good-Day-One-Exercises-deleted-273f237dc9819e8c04967150d38dae891.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1367 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Green-is-Good-Day-One-Exercises-deleted-273f237dc9819e8c04967150d38dae891.jpg\" alt=\"Green is Good Day One Exercises\" width=\"2550\" height=\"3300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Green-is-Good-Day-One-Exercises-deleted-273f237dc9819e8c04967150d38dae891.jpg 2550w, http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Green-is-Good-Day-One-Exercises-deleted-273f237dc9819e8c04967150d38dae891-231x300.jpg 231w, http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Green-is-Good-Day-One-Exercises-deleted-273f237dc9819e8c04967150d38dae891-791x1024.jpg 791w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 2550px) 100vw, 2550px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Tip #2: Though I will be giving you a daily meal plan that doesn&#8217;t mean you have to follow it. If you&#8217;d like to keep it super simple like I do, do this every three days:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Make a big batch of my <a href=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/featured-recipe-on-instagram-sunny-sunflower-pate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sunflower Spread<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Cut up raw veggies to have on hand. Use the Sunflower Spread as a dip for veggies.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Make a 64- ounce mason jar full of <a href=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/457\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Green Lemonade. <\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Make a <a href=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/glowing-sexy-salad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HUGE salad<\/a> and add avocado or other raw yummies with a raw dressing upon eating. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 36pt;\">THATS IT!!!<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">For those that like variety, here is your meal plan for today.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">***NOTE- All recipes are in my book. You can <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blurb.com\/ebooks\/p1becd60cf844974b8f3c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DOWNLOAD it HERE!&nbsp;<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"> Fasting for as long as possible is important in helping the body learn to listen to when true hunger strikes instead of eating out of habit. &nbsp;I usually am not truly hungry until around 3pm. &nbsp;At this time I will have a freshly made juice.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1351 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Spring-Time2-791x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Spring Time\" width=\"791\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Spring-Time2-791x1024.jpg 791w, http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Spring-Time2-231x300.jpg 231w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 791px) 100vw, 791px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">First thing in the stomach. \ud83d\ude42 I prefer green juices over fruit juices as I seem to respond better to less sugar. Don&#8217;t be afraid to over eat on foods like this.
