YUM!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Afternoon Snack<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ideally you will not eat again until Dinner, yet I realize that may be unrealistic for some of you who are programmed for snacking. &nbsp;In that case, here are your options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have more of what you had for lunch<\/li>\n<li>Raw Vegetables are always a good idea and you can dip them is salsa mixed with avocado if you like.<\/li>\n<li>Pumpkin Pie in a bowl or Cucumber Avocado Soup are excellent choices and very satisfying.<\/li>\n<li>Green Lemonade acts as a natural appetite suppressant and is great if you&#8217;re on the go. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Before Dinner<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Center yourself. &nbsp;Draw a bath, meditate, do yoga, exercise, have a glass of red wine. &nbsp;It&#8217;s important to unwind and de-stress from the day before jumping into your last meal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dinner<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pick a salad and protein meal from the Jumpstart Menu. &nbsp;Bake, grill, or broil, your favorite fish or pick from the protein section. &nbsp;Steam broccoli topped with shredded raw cheese &nbsp;is one of my favorites yet feel free to have any&nbsp;vegetable you like.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dessert<\/span><\/p>\n<p>2-4 ounces of 70% Dark Chocolate with herbal tea sweetened with stevia is always hits the spot and will curb any sweet tooth.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">At the end of each day you will check in on the private<a title=\"Private Page\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/TheBellyFitClub\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&nbsp;TBFC<\/a>&nbsp;page on Facebook.
