I want to thank all of you for working so hard and staying consistent. I&#8217;m so proud of you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After 20-30 minutes of cardio do the following&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s exercises are from our popular Jumpstart Program:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/WT_PrU7P67U\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">Kick Off 2018 Tip:<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;Make sure you are drinking enough water. &nbsp;We should be drinking half our body weight in ounces each day. &nbsp;For example: if you are 160 pounds you would drink 80 ounces of water.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Meal Plan:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Share your favorite Sugar Free&nbsp;recipe! &nbsp;How?
