Around this time we tend to lose focus on our body and health goals and start to slowly slid back into old habits. Keep that motivation going with a strong focus on what you want to look and feel like at the end of this challenge. This will keep you on track and successful in reaching your goals.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">After 20-minutes of cardio do the following&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">Todays exercises are:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/IsRnevFapPs\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;Repeat the strength exercises 3 times from top to bottom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>KICK OFF &nbsp;Tip:<\/strong>&nbsp;We all lead busy lives. &nbsp;Most of us have kids to care for, a husband, and work outside of the home. &nbsp;Any excuse to not eat healthy and get fit is just that, an excuse. &nbsp;If its really important to you, you will make the time. &nbsp;If your husband and kids still want burgers, mac &#8216;n cheese,&nbsp;lasagna, &nbsp;or what ever else they desire, just make yourself a big salad and let them eat what they usually eat. &nbsp;To set yourself up to be successful at night, make a HUGE salad for lunch and save half of it for dinner so there is less prep work for you. A baked sweet potato takes minutes to make in a steamer bag in the microwave oven (BAKED IN THE OVEN is best yet I understand time restraints as well). &nbsp; The best&nbsp;approach&nbsp;would be to upgrade your family&#8217;s dinners&nbsp;gradually so that you make a great big raw salad and fresh fish and vegetables. &nbsp; If they insist on mixing their starches and proteins, then make a few baked potatoes or some brown rice or pasta for them. Again, thats not a big effort. Make plenty for the group, and then combine accordingly for yourself. &nbsp;Your family&#8217;s palate will change gradually, making it easier all the time to find dinners that make everyone happy (and make mommy&#8217;s load lighter, in all&nbsp;aspects)!<\/p>\n<p>Todays Meal Plan:<\/p>\n<p>Upon Waking: Warm Water with Lemon<\/p>\n<p>First thing in stomach:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/457\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Green Lemonade&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>(note: if you are a coffee drinker you are going to love our&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/tbfc-cocoa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TBFC Coffee<\/a>&nbsp;and can have this at this time)&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>15-30 minutes later:&nbsp;Green Apples with Cinnamon&nbsp;(as much as you like)<\/p>\n<p>Take in a Probiotic:&nbsp;<a title=\"Kombucha\" href=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/?p=1755\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kombucha<\/a>&nbsp;is great!<\/p>\n<p>2-3 hours later&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Lunch:&nbsp;Grilled Salmon&nbsp;with the<a href=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/glowing-sexy-salad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&nbsp;GLOWING SEXY SALAD<\/a><a title=\"Garden Salad\" href=\"http:\/\/www.thebellyfitclub.com\/index.php?w=tbfc_080.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&nbsp;<\/a>(make extra if you like to snack)<\/p>\n<p>Dessert: Herbal Tea with 1-2 squares 80% Dark Chocolate<\/p>\n<p>2-3 hours later: Have more of what you had for lunch or Green Lemonade<\/p>\n<p>Dinner: Start with Raw Goat Cheese or any Raw Cheese and have with sliced tomatoes and a glass of red wine if desired. This will curb your appetite and relax you as you prepared dinner.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Main Course: <a href=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/veggie-frittata\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Roasted Veggie Frittata&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dessert:&nbsp;Herbal Tea with 1-2 squares 80% Dark Chocolate<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DAY EIGHT STAY FOCUSED!
