If you haven&#8217;t committed fully to this program yet TODAY IS THE DAY! <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"dark-grey-text\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">It&#8217;s the start that stops most people. <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"dark-grey-text\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">I&nbsp;can write the best workout in the world and it doesn&#8217;t matter if nobody does it. <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"dark-grey-text\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">I WANT YOU TO DO THIS!!! <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"dark-grey-text\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Why? <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3 class=\"dark-grey-text\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Because I care about you and I know what its going to do for you physically, mentally, and emotionally!<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\">Let&#8217;s make this week the best week ever together!&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">&nbsp;Please NOTE that any workout you do is the best and as long as you&#8217;re combining strength &nbsp;training with cardio training or strength training in a way that keep your heart-rate up THATS SO AWESOME!!!<\/p>\n<p>Here are some example moving you can do today! After 20-30 minutes of cardio, do the following exercises for beginner (1 set of 20 reps), advanced (2-3 sets of 10-15 reps) heavier weights. The more sets the more results!<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">Todays exercises are focused on the LEGS! This week we are going to change it up a bit and break the body into three parts, lower body, arms, and core! It&#8217;s a great way to train allowing one body part to rest and recover while working another. This is also one of the best ways to develop a strong, lean, and tone, body quickly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VHxcsxFpPmU\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Kick Off Tip:<\/strong>&nbsp;Be&nbsp;Prepared!&nbsp;Preparation&nbsp;is the key to being healthy. First, make sure you have Jumpstart foods in the house always. &nbsp;Green lemonade is a must have on my list and you can always find greens and vegetables to make a salad in my fridge, avocados for snacking, and a sweet&nbsp;potato&nbsp;if I&#8217;m wanting something more. &nbsp;When &#8220;out and about&#8221; carry herbal tea and stevia, carrots, sliced up veggies like cucumbers and green peppers, and\/or a green apple always hits the spot.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Todays Meal Plan:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Upon Waking: Warm Water with Lemon<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">First thing in stomach:&nbsp;Green Lemonade&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">(note: if you are a coffee drinker you are going to love our&nbsp;TBFC Coffee&nbsp;and can have this at this time)&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">15-30 minutes later:&nbsp;Grapefruit&nbsp;(as much as you like)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Take in a Probiotic:&nbsp;<a title=\"Kombucha\" href=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/?p=1755\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kombucha<\/a>&nbsp;is great!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">2-3 hours later&#8230;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Lunch: <a title=\"Kristies Favorite Avocado Soup\" href=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/avocado-soup\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kristie&#8217;s Favorite&nbsp;Avocado Soup<\/a> &nbsp;with a&nbsp;the&nbsp;<a title=\"Avocado Salad\" href=\"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/cucumber-tomato-avocado-salad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Avocado Salad<\/a>&nbsp;(make extra if you like to snack)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Dessert: Herbal Tea with 1-2 squares 80% Dark Chocolate<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">2-3 hours later: Have more of what you had for lunch or Green Lemonade<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Dinner: Start with Raw Goat Cheese or any Raw Cheese and have with sliced tomatoes and a glass of red wine if desired.
