You do need to make sure you are getting regular&nbsp;physical activity&nbsp;though as this is important for good health and longevity.<\/p>\n<p>As we move into the final days of this program, what better time than now&nbsp;to kick your&nbsp;fitness&nbsp;up a notch?<\/p>\n<p>Longer days and warmer weather are coming and provide the perfect motivation&#8230;.and you don&#8217;t have to start training for a marathon, either; as long as you&#8217;re getting more activity than you used to, you&#8217;re on the right track. As we move into summer, let these months&nbsp;&nbsp;inspire you to break down those barriers and finally make fitness a way of life. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You can choose to repeat this program or join in on the next fun challenge that is sure to keep you moving forward!<\/p>\n<p>Today is the last day of Jumpstart workouts as tomorrow we will be celebrating our success!
