{"id":41,"date":"2013-07-17T20:54:00","date_gmt":"2013-07-17T20:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/?p=41"},"modified":"2013-07-17T20:54:00","modified_gmt":"2013-07-17T20:54:00","slug":"happy-birthday-belly-fit-man","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/thebellyfitclub.com\/wordpress\/happy-birthday-belly-fit-man\/","title":{"rendered":"Happy Birthday Belly Fit Man!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><span><u><b>Happy 29th (45th) Birthday!\u00a0<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>What&#8217;s a Party without CAKE!<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>Instead of adding years to your years on your Birthday, give your body LIFE and the gift of HEALTH. \u00a0That doesn&#8217;t mean you can&#8217;t have something delicious on your special day. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>This takes minutes to make and is OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing! \ud83d\ude42\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><u><span>RAW CHOCOLATE CAKE <\/span>by The Belly Fit Club\u00a0<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<div><span>&#8220;Cake&#8221; Ingredients:<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>&#8220;FLOUR&#8221;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>1 1\/2 cups raw walnuts<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>1 1\/2 cups raw pecans<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>&#8220;SUGAR&#8221;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>1 1\/2 cups\u00a0medjool\u00a0dates soaked in water for 20-30 minutes<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>&#8220;CHOCOLATE&#8221;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>6 TBS Raw Cocoa Powder<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>2 tsp pure vanilla extract<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>In a food processor:<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>1. Process nuts until they are well blended. \u00a0They will look like a chunky &#8216;flour&#8217;.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>2. Add Dates and process until a cookie dough texture\u00a0develops.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>3. Add remaining\u00a0ingredients and keep processing until everything sticks together.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>Once you have a giant Raw Chocolate Cake dough ball, then the fun begins. \u00a0Just press the dough into the desired shape you wish on a pretty plate. \u00a0You can also press the dough into a pretty bowl like I did.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>Place in the freezer to set while you make the &#8216;Frosting&#8217;.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-HvYObqMshYw\/Ueb7IQErMOI\/AAAAAAAAEiY\/EvH6zQn0UPk\/s1600\/20130716-_MG_0414.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" border=\"0\" height=\"426\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-HvYObqMshYw\/Ueb7IQErMOI\/AAAAAAAAEiY\/EvH6zQn0UPk\/s640\/20130716-_MG_0414.jpg\" width=\"640\"><\/a><\/div>\n<div><span><b>Raw Cake &#8216;Batter&#8221;<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><b><u><span>Frosting<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<div><span>Ingredients:<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>2 medium avocados<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>1 cup medjool dates (soaked for 20 minutes)<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>5 TBS raw cocoa<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>3 TBS raw honey<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>1\/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender like a Vita Mix or Blentec blender.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>2. Use your wand to help mix everything\u00a0thoroughly.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>3. The texture will be very smooth and creamy.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span>4.
