I also work out 3-4 days a week and I feel incredible!&nbsp; My body has changed and I am fitter now at 47 than at any other time in my life.&nbsp; TBFC workouts are easy to follow and you see results!&nbsp; I love upper body workouts and bicep curls are my favorite \u2013 I never thought I would say that!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>TBFC, its members and Kristie and Ryan Belliston \u2013 together it works!!!
