Of course if you are eating avocados along with a heavy processed diet, you will pack on some pounds, yet if you are eating a high-raw diet full of real food, avocados will soon become your best friend. &nbsp;ONE avocado has the ability to fill you up and keep you satisfied for hours. The avocado will stabilize your blood sugar, keeping you energized and less likely to &nbsp;get the munchies throughout the day. The healthy fat in the avocado is what prevents us from over eating. This is why salads and raw desserts made with healthy fats are so extremely satisfying. \ud83d\ude42 &nbsp;Avocado for breakfast anyone?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you find yourself having a hard time sticking with a daily exercise routine do it FIRST thing before your day begins.
