Those calories come from low fat plant foods which then allows us the freedom to eat as much as we want. <b>Raw Till 4<\/b>&nbsp;is about eating only&nbsp;<b>raw<\/b>&nbsp;fruits, greens, and raw nuts\/seeds,&nbsp;<b>till<\/b>&nbsp;4pm. The biggest&nbsp;<b>lemon water benefit<\/b>&nbsp;may be from the temperature of the&nbsp;<b>water<\/b>&nbsp;and not even the added&nbsp;<b>lemon<\/b>. Drinking any&nbsp;<b>water<\/b>, or especially&nbsp;<b>warm water<\/b>, first thing in the morning can help flush the digestive system and rehydrate the body.
