FOCUS ON WHAT YOU HAVE NOW IN YOUR LIFE NOW THAT YOU&#8217;RE GRATEFUL FOR.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><strong>Spread the Happiness.<\/strong>&nbsp;Share your positive energy and outlook with others and wish them well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><strong>MOVE!&nbsp;<\/strong>So it stands to reason that if your body feels better, so does your mind.&nbsp;Exercise&nbsp;and other physical activity produce endorphins\u2014chemicals in the brain that act as natural painkillers\u2014and also improve the ability to sleep, which in turn&nbsp;reduces stress.
