itemprop=\"ingredients\">4-6 tablespoons coarsely chopped parsley<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"8\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">2-3 medium cloves garlic, coarsley chopped<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"9\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">1\/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more to taste)<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li itemprop=\"ingredients\">Liquid Aminos (Spray Bottle)<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"12\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">1 Cucumber,  julienne<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"13\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">Sunflower Sprouts<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"14\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">2 carrots, julienne<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-ingredient-item\" yumprintitem=\"15\" itemprop=\"ingredients\">1 zucchini, julienne<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li yumprintsection=\"1\">\t\t\t<div class=\"blog-yumprint-subheader\">Instructions<\/div>\t\t\t<ol class=\"blog-yumprint-methods\" itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"0\">To make the filling: In a food processor, process the sunflower seeds, lemon juice, scallions, tahini, liquid amino's, onion, parsley, garlic and cayenne until the mixture is a smooth paste.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"1\">When thoroughly blended taste and adjust the seasoning. The p\u00e2t\u00e9 will develop a stronger garlic taste in a few hours.  Yields a large mixing bowl of p\u00e2t\u00e9. (approximately 8 cups)<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"2\">Place a nori sheet on your rolling mat and spread 1 cup of the pate evenly over the nori by pressing with wet fingertips, leaving a 1-inch border at the far edge.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"3\">Arrange small portions of your chosen fillings (in this case, your favorite vegetables) on top of the pate in a horizontal line down the center.<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"4\">Roll up the sushi tightly with the sushi mat to form a neatly packed cylinder (like a fat cigar).<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"5\">Squeeze firmly to make sure the sushi roll is tightly packed (be careful not to squeeze too hard or you'll break the sushi roll).<\/li>\t\t\t\t<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\" yumprintitem=\"6\">Cut each sushi roll into 1\u00bd-inch rounds using a sharp, damp knife (it's important that you re-moisten the knife after each cut).  Dip in Liquid Aminos.
