Forty may be the new 30, yet convincing your abdominal muscles of that may take some work. Although it’s possible to flatten your abs over 45, you do lose muscle mass at the rate of about 3 to 8 percent each decade after the age of 30 and at a rate even faster than that once you’ve passed 50. With that comes an increasing tendency to accumulate fat, especially around your middle.
The good news is that muscle at any age does eventually respond to exercise.
For those that completed our last TRAIN program, you are ready to receive movements that are required to get those abs back.
Looking good and feeling good begins on the inside. What we eat and when we eat are super important. Instead of counting calories or following a strict meal plan, i’d like you to start with a few body basics that will naturally allow the body to function at it’s best and lose excess weight naturally.
