Arugula Salad
For beautiful glowing skin eat your greens!

Ingredients
  1. Arugula, 4 handfuls
  2. 1/4 red onion, chopped
  3. Yellow Pepper, chopped
  4. Tomato, 2 Roma sliced
  5. Cucumber, 1 sliced
  6. Zucchini, 1 sliced
  7. Raw Pecans, 1/4 cup
  8. Dried Cherries, 1/4 cup
  9. Raw Goat Cheese, 1/2 cup
  10. Sprouts, 1 handful
Dressing
  1. Fresh Lemon Juice, 1 TBS
  2. Olive Oil, 1 TBS
  3. Liquid Aminos, 1 TBS
Instructions
  1. Mix Dressing ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Place Arugula in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Toss with Dressing and serve immediately.
Notes
  1. Eating cherries is not only good for the digestive system and skin but is equally beneficial for the health of your hair as well. The vitamins present in cherries are capable of providing nourishment to the hair giving you that youthful sexy look we women love.
