Whether you have a small or large appetite, you should be able to eat to satisfaction. However, you never want to overeat because that creates a huge drain on your “detox energy”. The best thing you can do if super hungry is to start with a bowl of soup and/or a salad first. Then dive into the hearty foods listed.
