BellyFit French Toast
A family Favorite made Healthy!

- 4 Slices Sprouted Grain Bread (Ezekiel Bread)
- 1/4 cup Hemp milk (Homemade or Pacific Brand)
- 2 Organic Cage Free Eggs
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1-2 shakes Cinnamon
- 1 tsp organic Butter
- Maples Syrup
- In a square bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until fluffy. Dip the bread into the batter covering both sides completely. In a heated skillet, add 1/4 tsp butter to coat and place bread on top. Cook until light brown on each side. Top with Organic Grade B Maple Syrup.
- This has always been one of my favorites for breakfast. Like most of our recipes, making family favorites healthy is what we do. I hope you enjoy this as much as we do.
