Step One: Healthy Eating Starts in the Kitchen

Step Two: Get Prepare!

It’s important that you are prepared at all times to succeed in this Body Boost Program. Walmart and other popular stores now carry cold pressed, raw, green drinks. This makes juicing easier than ever. If you own a juicer and are planing to juice I will have recipes for you on the Support Page.

You will need at least 64 ounces of juice each day.

Step Three: The Program

Day One-Three:

  1. Wake to warm water with fresh lemon juice {you can add Stevia if needed}. Other Options are Herbal Tea like peppermint or Lemon Grass.
  2. When hunger hits have your first 16 ounce GREEN {must be GREEN} juice. 
  3. Lunch will be a fresh salad. Salads will be posted on the Support Page


Step Four: Get Daily Support!
