Ingredients
  1. 2 cups raw cashews – soaked 6 to 12 hours
  2. 1-2 tbsp olive oil (optional)
  3. Celtic sea salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  4. Juice of 1 lemon
  5. Sweetener of your choice (We use 1 tbsp honey but 2 pitted medjool dates would work well too)
Instructions
  1. Blend in Vitamix / blender until completely smooth
  2. Add a little water slowly until desired consistency.
  3. Can also be done with cashews that have not been soaked. In this case, blend cashews into powder first in Vitamix, Nutri-bullet, or coffee grinder.
  4. Place in refrigerator or freeze.
Notes
  1. Top with your favorite fruit. 🙂

  1. 3 handfuls raw walnuts OR pecans
  2. 10 medjool dates
  3. 3 shakes cinnamon
Instructions
  1. In a food processor or blender using a wand, mix the raw nuts until flour like. Add the medjool dates and cinnamon and mix until cookie dough like. Form into any shape you like and enjoy!

Chocolate is an aphrodisiac. It’s romantic. It contains antioxidants. Let me cut right to the chase: the real reason I’m sharing this recipe is because it’s amazingly easy. But the end result is so impressive that your sweetie is sure to be touched. Use the best dark chocolate you can get your hands on; it really makes a difference.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup solid raw dark chocolate or high quality chocolate buttons.
  2. 2 tsp coconut butter
  3. 1 pint berries with steams
Instructions
  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut butter over a double boiler on low, until smooth and silky, stirring occasionally.
  2. Dip your “berries” of choice into the melted chocolate.
  3. Gently shake off excess.
  4. Place on waxed paper.
  5. Decorate, if desired.
  6. Let harden at room temperature or place in refrigerator to speed up cool down.
