Arugula Salad

For beautiful glowing skin eat your greens!
Ingredients
- Arugula, 4 handfuls
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- Yellow Pepper, chopped
- Tomato, 2 Roma sliced
- Cucumber, 1 sliced
- Zucchini, 1 sliced
- Raw Pecans, 1/4 cup
- Dried Cherries, 1/4 cup
- Raw Goat Cheese, 1/2 cup
- Sprouts, 1 handful
Dressing
- Fresh Lemon Juice, 1 TBS
- Olive Oil, 1 TBS
- Liquid Aminos, 1 TBS
Instructions
- Mix Dressing ingredients together and set aside.
- Place Arugula in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients.
- Toss with Dressing and serve immediately.
