Complete 4 daily ACTS each day and reach your goal!

A- ACTION

DAILY ACTIVITY GOAL: Set a daily STEP or MOVEMENT GOAL!

I want your steps to matter and I want you to feel successful as you reach this daily activity. 10,000 steps may be too much for some, especially if you’re doing other forms of activity like an hour of strength training or yoga.

The more light activity you can do in a day, the better. Taking more steps means you’re spending less time sitting, which is always a good thing. It also hopefully means you’re taking more frequent breaks, which is also a good thing.

When it comes to steps, more is always better. So aim high yet also be realistic.

A 30-minute run or an hour yoga class will count as 5000 steps. As long as you move each day and work up a sweat you can mark this off. 🙂

C- CARE

DAILY CARE GOAL: SELF CARE IS SO IMPORTANT! 

When you take time to care for YOU it allows you to serve others better. You can not serve from a tired, weak, and empty vessel. This is why this daily action is so important. 

The one thing we can control the most is what we put into our body. No matter what you eat, remember that a diet isn’t a “lose twenty pounds and quit” kind of commitment. A proper “diet” is part of your lifestyle.

Instead of following a strict meal plan, I’m asking you to add more healthy options to what you are currently eating. Focus on getting more greens in at each meal and see how you feel. Add more vegetables, and when hungry, snack on raw nuts and/or sip on green tea or other healthy options.

Because “One Size does Not Fit All!” when it comes to diets….

The one thing I know for certain is that by adding more healthy foods in and focusing more on health and not on the scale you will get amazing results.

T- TRAIN

DAILY ACTIVITY GOAL: Strength doesn’t come form what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t. 

The first thing I want you all to know is this. Strength training doesn’t make women huge, cupcakes do. And with that said, we need to be doing something that strengthens our body each day. The difference strength training makes in our daily function is priceless and therefore this is why it should be a daily activity. 

 

You will be given THREE, yes, only three.. strength movements to perform each day. Once completed you will mark them off. 🙂
