LEVEL FIVE

YOU ARE HEALTH CHALLENGED! You always thought a salad was coleslaw or that green and red stuff on a burger. You fell heavy and tired most of the time, and you just want to start losing weight. You’ve been on many diets before and you know where they typically end up. It’s time to introduce you to the freedom and pleasures of #TBFC21. 

LEVEL FOUR

YOU AND YOUR BODY ARE READY FOR A CHANGE. You may or may not have been disciplined to take on a drastic dietary change, yet you are at the starting point and you are certainly willing to try it for a couple of weeks. 

Your doctor has likely warned you about what could happen if you don’t change your diet to start preventing disease. Let’s take care of that today. 

LEVEL THREE

YOU HAVE JUICED CLEANSED AND/OR FASTED FOR MORE THAN 3-DAYS. The idea of taking care of your body holds a great appeal to you and you will do what is takes to feel your best. You like to have freedom, especially at dinner time. Your goal is ENERGY and FEELING and FUNCTIONING your best each day. You can go long periods without eating and have learned that intermitted fasting is super important in helping you reach your goals. 

LEVEL TWO

YOU ARE READY FOR THE SECOND MOST ADVANCED LEVEL. It is easy for you to fast until noon and stick to a 100% raw food lifestyle during the day. You are use to taking good care of yourself. You genuinely love your raw healthy meals during the day and love a properly combined cooked meal at night. You haven’t had to count calories for years as eating the way you do keeps you at your perfect healthy weight.
