Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Hemp Milk
  2. 2 medium Avocados, cubed
  3. 1 large Cucumber, cut into large chunks
  4. 5 Scallions, chopped
  5. 1/4 fresh cilantro, chopped
  6. 1/2 jalapeno (optional)
  7. Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in your Vitamix Blender.
  2. Mix on high until creamy.
Notes
