Sweet Potato Fries

- 4 large Sweet Potatoes or Yams, sliced long way to make "fries"
- 2 TBS Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Cayenne Pepper
- Black Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- 1/4 cup vegeniase
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tbs mustard
- On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, place "fries". Drizzle olive oil on fries and toss to coat. Sprinkle on spices to taste.
- While Fries are cooking make TBFC Fry Sauce.
- In a small bowl mix ingredients. It should be a light pink color.
