Day Twenty Eight of Jumpstart 4 Women

I am so grateful to The Belly Fit Club. Before the Raw Challenge in July and Jumpstart 4 Women,  I was physically active. I worked out a lot and I thought I was eating pretty good but my body still had aches and pains, I couldn’t sleep well, I was dependent on pain killers and sleep aids. I can honestly say that since becoming raw my whole being has done a 180! I am no longer taking a single med for anything! No painkillers, no sleep aids, no bowel issues, nothing! Not only has this new way of eating (in such a short time I might add) fixed those just mentioned It has changed me physically and mentally. I see life more positively. I am a much much happier person. I can’t really put it into words, I just have spiritually changed within the deepest parts of me. Thank you Kristie & Ryan, with my whole heart. This has truly changed my life! The Bonus Bus Arrived and I lost a ton of inches and weight even though this was not my focus. Again, thank you! 




I could write a book on how this has changed me. You know how I now feel. I’m just in tears and overjoyed at the NEW ME! I love you. <3

Sinless Eggnog

 Enjoy this with our delicious Banana Bread! 

Sinless Eggnog
A great healthy alternative to traditional Eggnog.

  1. 4 Eggs
  2. 1/2 cup of coconut sugar or 2 squirts stevia
  3. 3 cups Pacific Brand Hemp Milk
  4. 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  5. 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  6. pinch of himalayan sea salt
  7. 1 cup organic coconut milk
  8. 1-2 oz bourbon, cognac, or brandy, to taste (optional)
  9. 1.2 oz. rum, to taste (optional)
  10. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  1. 1. In a large bowl, or in the Vitamix on the lowest setting, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Set aside.
  2. 2. In a saucepan over low/medium heat, combine the hemp milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Heat until steaming, stirring occasionally. Do not it boil!
  3. 3. Slowly temper the egg with the hot milk mixture over the egg yolks. To do this, carefully pour the hot milk mixture over the egg mixture while whisking continuously to keep the eggs from scrambling. Once mixed return the mixture to the saucepan.
  4. 4.Cook over medium-low heat until the mixture begins to thicken slightly, stirring constantly and scraping the bottom of the pan to prevent scorching. Do not let it boil!
  5. 5. Remove from the heat and and stir in coconut milk, vanilla extract, and liquors (if using).
  1. Chill in the fridge for at least a couple of hours, or overnight, before serving. Stir well and serve. 🙂
