1. Write down your goals and post them in a visible place in your home.  Take a picture of yourself before you begin so you can see your progress along your journey.

2. Envision yourself as the person you wish to be. Imagine yourself succeeding in your health and fitness goals.  Begin to make healthy food choices and exercise your new life habits.

3. Find at least one person to be your “cheerleader,” who will support you in your life changes.  This person should be positive and kind, and may be a spouse, friend, relative, neighbor, or Facebook associate.
