Jump into 2020 looking and feeling your best!
First, take a before picture of yourself today!

Make sure it’s a full body shot, front, back, and side. Please, wear what you feel comfortable. These are examples only but the more you are able to show, the easier it will be to see your amazing results.
The before pictures are the top photo’s and the after pictures are shown on the bottom.
Second, measure your waist.
The scale is not the most accurate way to measure body fat loss. Our waist will tell us if we are losing inches/fat, which is what we want to lose right? I suggest you stay off the scale for the next 28 days and focus on your waist measurement instead.
And last, follow the order of this daily routine for the next 28-days. Recipes suggestions will be added as we go….
Your Jumpstart Daily Routine
Upon Rising
Breathe deeply, body brush, stretch, or do The Belly Fit Club Sun Salutation Video. Wait until your body feels a need for something-never take in food or drink until there is a need. Then, drink 1-liter water.

Later in the Morning
When you feel the need to eat, JUICE! Prepare 16-32 ounces Green Lemonade. If you don’t have a juicer add lemon to your liter of water and have any Jumpstart approved fruit.

Optional
After Green Lemonade, have any Jumpstart approved fresh fruit with herbal tea. There isn’t a serving size so enjoy!
Prior to Lunch
Drink a probiotic drink like Kombucha or Synergy (found at most grocery stores and all health food stores)
Lunch
Pick a carb based salad and meal from the JS menu. This is any salad made with avocado and a great carb meal would be a baked sweet potato or try our Sweet Potato Fries with our secret TBFC sauce. YUM!
Afternoon Snack
Ideally you will not eat again until Dinner, yet I realize that may be unrealistic for some of you who are programmed for snacking. In that case, here are your options:
- Have more of what you had for lunch
- Raw Vegetables are always a good idea and you can dip them is salsa mixed with avocado if you like.
- Pumpkin Pie in a bowl or Cucumber Avocado Soup are excellent choices and very satisfying.
- Green Lemonade acts as a natural appetite suppressant and is great if you’re on the go.
Before Dinner
Center yourself. Draw a bath, meditate, do yoga, exercise, have a glass of red wine. It’s important to unwind and de-stress from the day before jumping into your last meal.
Dinner
Pick a salad and protein meal from the Jumpstart Menu. Bake, grill, or broil, your favorite fish or pick from the protein section. Steam broccoli topped with shredded raw cheese is one of my favorites yet feel free to have any vegetable you like.
Dessert
2-4 ounces of 70% Dark Chocolate with herbal tea sweetened with stevia is always hits the spot and will curb any sweet tooth.

The first 4-5 days are tough because your body will go through sugar withdrawals. Remember, any addictive habit is tough to break! Hang in there because soon your cravings for processed junk food and sugar will disappear to the point that you will no longer desire them as you once did. The FEELING this program brings is what makes it so popular. Your energy levels with sore and remain high all day without any low blood sugar crashes. Fat will melt off your body like butter and you will feel lighter each day.
