Jumpstart 4 Women {day nine}

DAY NINE

Welcome to Day NINE. If you haven’t committed fully to this program yet TODAY IS THE DAY!

It’s the start that stops most people.

I can write the best workout in the world and it doesn’t matter if nobody does it.

I WANT YOU TO DO THIS!!!

Why?

Because I care about you and I know what its going to do for you physically, mentally, and emotionally!

Let’s make this week the best week ever together! 

 Please NOTE that any workout you do is the best and as long as you’re combining strength  training with cardio training or strength training in a way that keep your heart-rate up THATS SO AWESOME!!!

Here are some example moving you can do today! After 20-30 minutes of cardio, do the following exercises for beginner (1 set of 20 reps), advanced (2-3 sets of 10-15 reps) heavier weights. The more sets the more results!

Todays exercises are focused on the LEGS! This week we are going to change it up a bit and break the body into three parts, lower body, arms, and core! It’s a great way to train allowing one body part to rest and recover while working another. This is also one of the best ways to develop a strong, lean, and tone, body quickly. 

Kick Off Tip: Be Prepared! Preparation is the key to being healthy. First, make sure you have Jumpstart foods in the house always.  Green lemonade is a must have on my list and you can always find greens and vegetables to make a salad in my fridge, avocados for snacking, and a sweet potato if I’m wanting something more.  When “out and about” carry herbal tea and stevia, carrots, sliced up veggies like cucumbers and green peppers, and/or a green apple always hits the spot. 

Todays Meal Plan:

Upon Waking: Warm Water with Lemon

First thing in stomach: Green Lemonade 

(note: if you are a coffee drinker you are going to love our TBFC Coffee and can have this at this time) 

15-30 minutes later: Grapefruit (as much as you like)

Take in a Probiotic: Kombucha is great!

2-3 hours later….

Lunch: Kristie’s Favorite Avocado Soup  with a the Avocado Salad (make extra if you like to snack)

Dessert: Herbal Tea with 1-2 squares 80% Dark Chocolate

2-3 hours later: Have more of what you had for lunch or Green Lemonade

Dinner: Start with Raw Goat Cheese or any Raw Cheese and have with sliced tomatoes and a glass of red wine if desired. This will curb your appetite and relax you as you prepared dinner. 

Main Course: Egg Salad TBFC Style

Dessert: Herbal Tea with 1-2 squares 80% Dark Chocolate
