Jumpstart 4 Women {day three}

DAY THREE

 We’ve made it to day three! I want to thank all of you for working so hard and staying consistent. I’m so proud of you. 

After 20-30 minutes of cardio do the following…

Today’s exercises are from our popular Jumpstart Program: 

Kick Off 2018 Tip: Make sure you are drinking enough water.  We should be drinking half our body weight in ounces each day.  For example: if you are 160 pounds you would drink 80 ounces of water.

Upon Waking: Warm Water with Lemon

First thing in stomach: Green Lemonade

20-30 minutes later: 

Berry Smoothie

  • In Vitamix, add 1 cup water and 1 cup ice or frozen berries. 
  • 1 squirt stevia
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • Mix until smooth and creamy. 

2 hours later…

Lunch: Cole Slaw Salad with Grilled Chicken and Steamed Baby Carrots

Dessert: Herbal Tea with 80% Dark Chocolate

Snack: More of what you had for lunch or Green Lemonade

Dinner: Sweet Potato Fries with our famous TBFC Sauce and the Spicy Quinoa Salad
