Day Twenty Four 

Today’s exercises are:

Preacher Curl1 (ball) l1 JS Preacher Curl2 (ball) L1 JS

Preacher Curl: You can also use the back of your couch or a chair to do this exercise.  Its a great way to isolate the biceps allowing them to do all the work without using other muscles to help out. Do 15 reps. 

Pull Over1 (ball) Pull Over2 (ball)

Pull Over: AHHHHHHH…..this one is great to strengthen and stretch the chest and back.  Do 15 reps. 

Reverse Fly1 (ball) Reverse Fly2 (ball)

Reverse Fly: You can do this on your knees or keep your legs straight as shown.  Do 20 reps. 

After 3-minutes of cardio, perform the above strength exercises from top to bottom in a circuit format (very little rest between each exercise) 3 times. 

Kick Off Tip: Today is going to be the BEST DAY EVER!  Repeat every time you feel yourself wanting to “cheat” or skip out on your daily exercise.
