Jumpstart 4 Women {day twenty seven}

Let TODAY motivate you to make a fresh start!

The road to weight loss is often strewn with fad diets, broken promises, and exercise equipment that gathers dust instead of logging miles. As a member of the The Belly Fit Club, you no longer have to worry about falling off a gimmicky diet because your eating plan is all about good nutrition and making healthy choices. You do need to make sure you are getting regular physical activity though as this is important for good health and longevity.

As we move into the final days of this program, what better time than now to kick your fitness up a notch? Although right now it’s hard to see, yet longer days and warmer weather are coming and provide the perfect motivation….and you don’t have to start training for a marathon, either; as long as you’re getting more activity than you used to, you’re on the right track. As we move into February, March, and April, let these months  inspire you to break down those barriers and finally make fitness a way of life.  You can choose to repeat this program or join in on the next fun challenge that is sure to keep you moving forward!

Today is the last day of Jumpstart workouts as tomorrow we will be celebrating our success! I’d love to hear how this program has changed  you and what positive results you’ve received. 🙂 

You can choose to do this workout today or save it for tomorrow, the choice is always yours. 🙂 Either way, I hope you at least do one movement and give thanks for the beautiful body that has been given to you as a gift to enjoy. 

Last, let’s give my mom a huge shout out for being such a trooper in joining me in showing modifications for the last workout of this program. I love you, Mom! ♡
