BONUS GIFT: Mindfulness or meditation practices have many health benefits such as improved circulation, lower blood pressure, and increased sense of overall well being.
All you need is a few minutes to get started, as mindfulness can be practiced during idle times, such as driving in your car or waiting in line. You most likely meditate each day already. Practicing presence is a form of meditation as are setting goals, and making an intension to do or be something. As with anything the more you practice the easier it gets.
