It’s difficult for many of us to commit to something on a daily basis that we don’t love — so today find something you love. To put it bluntly:
“If you don’t love it — don’t do it. Pick something you love: boxing, volleyball, dancing, yoga, fencing, something—anything you have a genuine interest in that makes you happy and when it’s time to move on–go!”
So, find something you love and do it!
