Welcome to day one of #tbfcwellness:
Now that you have set your goals, it’s time to act on them. And if you want to see the results, you need to believe in them. A great way to get started is with a good old fashioned visualization. Or, you can take it a step further and create a vision board. Vision Boards tend to get a bad rap as being too “new agey” or “corny.” However, a vision board can be any thing symbolic of your desired goals. In fact, there’s the famous Jim Carrey story when as a struggling actor he wrote himself a check for $10,000,000 and carried it around in his pocket. The rest is history.
Todays movement is as follows:
NOTE EXERCISE OPTIONS:
SQUATS-You can replace the one-legged squat with wall squats holding for 1-2 minutes, ball squats with the ball on the wall, or regular squats.
BACK EXTENSIONS-Do Spinal Balance instead.
Every day throughout the month of December our 31 days of wellness series will provide an actionable tip aimed to get your 2024 off to a better, healthier, greener start.
