The last juice cleanse that we did together was crazy awesome. Oodles of lovely ladies and amazing gents, just like yourself, committed to cleanse with us.
Juices were being made left, right and center, lemons were squeezed countrywide and many green leafy vegetable were consumed.
We (officially) rocked it.
We rocked it so good, that we decided to share the goodness with you!
So, we have a new group, a new plan, a new shopping list…

  1. Dry Brush for Body Brushing
  2. 6 Lemons
  3. Organic Grade B Maple Syrup
  4. Cayenne Pepper
  5. Purified Water
  6. 2 Cantaloupes
  7. Peppermint Tea
  8. 9 Kale Leaves
  9. 24 Celery Stalks
  10. 3 bunches Parsley
  11. 6 Fuji Apples
  12. Stevia
  13. Fresh Ginger root
  14. 3 Beets
  15. 15 Carrots
  16. 9 Pears
  17. 3 Yams
  18. Smooth Moves Tea (optional)
  1. {Juice Lovin Cleanse} Day 1: Early on the first morning of the juice fast, drink herbal tea with lemon and stevia.
  2. [Breakfast]: Start each day with the Master Cleanse Lemonade. Master Cleanse Lemonade:2 TBS Fresh Lemon Juice, 2 TBS Organic Grade B Maple Syrup, A, pinch of Cayenne Pepper, 8-10 oz of purified water
  3. 1 hour later have your first glass of freshly made juice (it can be anything you like). Cantaloupe or pineapple are my favorite. Cantaloupe Juice: Feed a whole Cantaloupe through your juicer, rind and all! 🙂 ***The American Cancer society recommends to have cantaloupes and watermelons daily to aid in the fight of intestinal cancer. Keep this in mind when preparing your recipes for juicer.
  4. Spend the day doing something you really enjoy. I find when I do juice fasts a great time to organize my house, read a good book, or get a massage.
  5. [Lunch]: Sip on peppermint tea
  6. Mid-Afternoon- take a break from what ever youre doing and make another 16 oz juice. This time make it a vegetable juice like Green lemonade. Green Lemonade: 3-4 Kale Leaves, 4-5 Celery Stalks, 1 handful Parsley, 1 Fuji Apple or 1 squirt Stevia, 1 whole Lemon, 1" chunk fresh Ginger. Rest for at least one hour
  7. [Snack]: Beet That! 1 whole Beet, 4-5 Carrots, 3 Celery Stalks, Fresh Ginger (optional)
  8. [Dinner]: Go for a walk or another movement you enjoy like Yoga. After your walk have your Dinner Juice. Sweet Pear Juice: 3 Pears, 1 whole Yam, 1 Apple. You will want to end the fast at this time of the day. Dinner time is always the hardest. Make sure you plan ahead and schedule something to do you enjoy during this time. Some great ideas are.... Take a long hot bath. Enjoy another cup of herbal tea (make sure it doesn't have caffeine). Go to bed early. Day one, DONE!

  1. You can continue to do this for as many days as you feels comfortable. The longest my body has wanted to go is 14 days which allowed me to drop all my baby weight from my 3rd child (a 15 pound fat loss).
  2. If you decide to go longer then 3-days you will need to ease back into eating solid food again.
