The last juice cleanse that we did together was crazy awesome.
 
Oodles of lovely ladies and amazing gents, just like yourself, committed to cleanse with us.
 
Juices were being made left, right and center, lemons were squeezed countrywide and many green leafy vegetable were consumed.

A delicious green juice for a fresh start to your day

Ingredients
  1. 3 stalks kale leaves
  2. 4-5 stalks celery
  3. 1 handful parsley
  4. 1 apple
  5. 1 lemon
  6. 1 inch fresh ginger
Instructions
  1. Wash all the produce throughly.
  2. Feed all ingredients into your juicer by order of the ingredients listed.
  3. Enjoy!

  1. There are many health benefits to juicing kale. Some of the nutritional power includes B complex vitamins, copper, iron, vitamin C, calcium, and vitamin A. So drink green lemonade-for your health!

5 steps to get back on track after the Holidays

 

If you partied like a rock star this holiday season, here are five things you can do to feel better and drop those extra holiday pounds instantly.

1. Be kind to yourself.
