The last juice cleanse that we did together was crazy awesome.
 
Oodles of lovely ladies and amazing gents, just like yourself, committed to cleanse with us.
 
Juices were being made left, right and center, lemons were squeezed countrywide and many green leafy vegetable were consumed.
 
We (officially) rocked it.

Serves 2
Bananas are a great source of B-group vitamins and potassium, both used in sex hormone production. Vitamin B also helps maintain energy levels. SEXYtip: Bananas help boost the male libido.♡

Ingredients
  1. 1-2 bananas
  2. 2 green apples
  3. 1 handful kale
  4. 2 handfuls spinach
  5. 1 squirt Stevia
  6. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  7. 1 cup Ice
  8. 1 Cup water
  9. 1 Cup Hemp or Almond Milk (Hemp tastes best)
Instructions
  1. In a Vitamix blender, put ice and remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy (1 minute)

  1. A delicious way to get your greens in. 🙂

Ingredients
  1. 3 stalks kale leaves
  2. 4-5 stalks celery
  3. 1 handful parsley
  4. 1 apple
  5. 1 lemon
  6. 1 inch fresh ginger
Instructions
  1. Wash all the produce throughly.
  2. Feed all ingredients into your juicer by order of the ingredients listed.
  3. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. There are many health benefits to juicing kale. Some of the nutritional power includes B complex vitamins, copper, iron, vitamin C, calcium, and vitamin A. So drink green lemonade-for your health!
