Ingredients
  1. 3 stalks kale leaves
  2. 4-5 stalks celery
  3. 1 handful parsley
  4. 1 apple
  5. 1 lemon
  6. 1 inch fresh ginger
Instructions
  1. Wash all the produce throughly.
  2. Feed all ingredients into your juicer by order of the ingredients listed.
  3. Enjoy!
